Payments

Accepted only in pounds sterling. Cheques to be made payable to mph. Switch, Mastercard and Visa are accepted (please ensure all details are filled out properly).

Free Resources

We are happy to supply free items but we would like to point out that it costs on average £3.00 to pack and post each request. We hope therefore you will feel able to reimburse this expenditure.

Postage Rates

All orders are subject to postage charges.

Overseas Postage

An extra charge is required, please ring our Customer Services team who will be happy to quote you.

VAT

Unless stated otherwise, value added tax is included in the quoted prices at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable.

Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation or returns for digital items, once downloading has commenced. To cancel this contract, please let us know in writing the reason for the return and package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the relevant invoice so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Damaged/Faulty Goods

We are happy to replace faulty or damaged goods provided said item(s) are returned to us within a reasonable period, quoting the relevant order information.
